1. Experience

Master Chong's World Class Tae Kwon Do has been serving Buffalo and the Western New York area for the past 25 years. Since 1983 we have been teaching the benefits of martial arts training to thousands of area children and adults.

Led by former US National Team Coach Grandmaster Sun Chong, our schools are committed to teaching focus, confidence, and respect through the self-defense techniques of Tae Kwon Do.

2. Flexible Schedule

We realize that today's families have busy schedules, and adding something new may be challenging. That's why we've designed our program with flexible class times, in order to accomodate as many people's schedules as possible. Unlike other activities, you don't have to come to the same day and time each week.

Each of our locations offers numerous Children, Adult, Family, and Little Tigers classes Monday through Saturday, at varying times. You attend whichever classes best fit your schedule.
